I offer a free professional coaching session to everyone who asks for it. The process takes about 20 minutes and it has had a significant impact on people who have taken advantage of this free service.

Until you are clear on what you really want or don't want, you will not get what you really want! This should be what you really want not what someone else in your life thinks you should want.

The next step is to work on identifying how you can get more or less of this in your life.

After about 20 minutes of back and forth discussion, my clients usually have a very clear idea of what they want more or less of in their lives. They also have concrete steps they can take to begin the process of making significant changes in their lives. In addition, once they are clear, the first thing they usually do is to spend more time in their life making sure that they can do more of that.

As a result, their success occurs naturally. It pulls them. They stop pushing it. This is a significant—and pleasurable—change in one's approach to life.
