Caring for the Caregiver TeleClass is for people who are caregivers (family primary caregivers, professional caregivers, and spouses, relatives or friends of a primary caregiver). Each week we focus on specific topics of concern to caregivers. These topics include decreasing stress, self-care for the caregiver and eliminating tolerations specific to caregiving. You will receive information, tips and specific steps to take to assist you in your role as a caregiver. Participants will gain critical information and techniques that can have a profound impact on their lives and on the lives of those for whom they are caring.

I work with people who are feeling stretched to the max in their role as caregiver, most of whom are also juggling a part time or full time job. I focus on partnering with them to decrease the stress and struggle of being a caregiver and to increase the joy and fulfillment of being a caregiver. I emphasize creating and maintaining balance in your life as a caregiver. I partner with you to support you to take actions that will have a lasting effect on you and your role as a caregiver.
